We have some of the books from the club and the cassette tapes that goes with the book. The books rate in condition from “like new” to “acceptable.” The acceptable ones are very well worn, have the previous owner’s name marked out and have been taped but all are very readable.

The idea was to let kids listen to the tapes and read along in the books and they were very popular back in the day since they not only were enjoyable entertainment, they helped kids sharpen their reading skills as they read along.

Please use the photos to see the book titles. Remember there is not a tape for every book – we have also included some bonus Disney tapes that do not have books but would be fun to listen to if you have a cassette player. We cannot guarantee that the cassette tapes still work since they have been in storage all these years.

The bookcase assembles in 7 pieces. 8" tall x 17.5" wide x 7 34" deep. Not for large or very heavy books.
